JOY OF MEDITATING

What is Joy!
We can’t define it.  Joy is thing to feel isn't.
What meditation change in our self.
Meditation changes our mental status. Mind becomes positive through the meditation.
First mind calm during meditation and then become positive.
Positivity is vital power of life isn't?
You spend your ten minutes only with yourself during meditation.
You don’t know what you find then.
After a week it’s blooms your every cell in your body.
After a month you fulfil with internal joy .  
And after a year you fly in sky. Yes!
So do meditation and change your life now .
