Close your eyes .What you
watching first! Deep darkness.
Keep loose your whole body. Loose
your hand, leg, Shoulder, Stomach your whole body.
Now feel your body is like
cotton.
Feel comfortable, feel peace in
your mind.
Now watch in your mind. What is
happening in the mind?
Thought thought and thought. Oh
my god only thought.
Keep watching your thought either
it is pleasant or unpleasant thought.
Do not involve in your thought.
Only watch it.
After watching five or seven
minute what happened with your thought .

Thought are disappear. When you
