JOY OF MEDITATING

What is Joy! We can’t define it.  Joy is thing to feel isn't. What meditation change in our self. Meditation changes our mental status. Mind becomes positive through the meditation. First mind calm during meditation and then become positive. Positivity is vital power of life isn't? You spend your ten minutes only with yourself during meditation. You don’t know what you find then. After a week it’s blooms your every cell in your body. After a month you fulfil with internal joy .   And after a year you fly in sky. Yes! Witness Meditation

Witness means what? Not do anything. Only watch As is. During meditation what for watch? …….. Thought! Yes! Watch your thought. Do not involve in your thought .Only Watch it. OK Let’s Do. Seat comfortably. Or lie down. Close your eyes .What you watching first! Deep darkness. Keep loose your whole body. Loose your hand, leg, Shoulder, Stomach your whole body. Now feel your body is like cotton. Feel comfortable, feel peace in your mind. Now watch in your mind. What is happening in the mind? Thought thought and thought. Oh my god only thought. Keep watching your thought either it is pleasant or unpleasant thought. Do not involve in your thought. Only watch it. After watching five or seven minute what happened with your thought . O!O! Oh! My God ! Thought are disappear. When you watching your thought they will disappear. Is it not miracle? And finally when mind is come in thoughtless stage you feel your mind is calm. When mind is calm you done meditation...

गहन चेतना

चेतना की गहनता से जो आनन्द  उपलब्ध  होता है उसका कोई तालमेल नहीं | गहन चेतना में क्या क्या छुपा हुआ है कहा नहीं जा सकता | असीम संभावनाएं हैं इसकी | गहन चेतना में जब आप डूबे होते हैं तब यह ऐसा महासागर है जहाँ से आप अनमोल हीरे मोती निकाल सकते हैं | गहन चेतना हीं आपका मूल स्वभाव है | जब आप घोर निराशा में हों तब समाधान के लिए अपने गहन चेतना की गोद में आयें | यह आपको बहुत हीं प्रेम से अपने गोद में सर रखने की सुविधा देता हुआ आपके बालों को सहलाता हुआ आपको प्रेम से समाधान सूझाता है | अदभुत शान्ति का अहसास दिलाता है यह आपकी चेतना | जब आप गहन चेतना में डूबे होते हैं तब आपका नौकर आपका मन कहीं दूर दूर तक नहीं दिखाई देता | मन ऐसा नौकर है या यूँ कहें नौकरशाह है जो हमेशा आपके उपर हावी रहता है | है तो यह नौकर किन्तु मालिक बन बैठता है | यहीं से समस्या शुरू होती है | गहन चेतना में डूबने पर मन भाग जाता है याद रखें भाग जाता है भगाना नहीं पड़ता | गहन चेतना में डूबने के बाद  आप कह उठेंगे miracle are possible जी यकीन मानिए The joy that comes from the depths of consciousness are incompatible...
